This ginger lemon tea is perfect for the sniffles and that sore throat. With 200mg of Organic Vitamin C added to it, you’re giving your body some useful nutrients and supporting your immune system.
- Pour hot water into cup/teapot
- Add juice from lemon
- Stir in Vitamin C Powder (mix thoroughly)
- Add ginger
