Benefits

  • The star ingredient in this golden milk powder is turmeric!

What makes this star superfood so golden is its active component, curcumin. Curcumin has been studied extensively for its ability to target and reduce inflammation in the body.[1] Where inflammation has been linked to many chronic diseases, we are all aboard the turmeric trend.

Check out the full list of reasons turmeric is good for you in our blog: What Are The Health Benefits of Turmeric & Curcumin?

  • DID YOU KNOW: Blueberries have some of the highest levels of antioxidants among all fruits and veggies.

The main compounds with antioxidant properties are known as flavonoids. Specifically, the group of flavonoids known as anthocyanins is responsible for most of these benefits.[2]
