What's better than a latte? Why a golden turmeric latte of course!Turmeric is high in antioxidants and contains a medicinal compound called curcumin.Curcumin has been studied widely for its health benefits, but while turmeric lattes are delicious, the curcumin content of turmeric is only around 3% by weight.That means that most golden lattes made with turmeric powder bought from your local store are unlikely to deliver those wonderful health benefits we hear so much about. *cries inside*There's hidden gold though (#dadjokes).Here at Ora Organic, we've created the first USDA Organic turmeric tablet to contain just two ingredients: turmeric and black pepper. No artificial ingredients, fillers or colors and a potent source of curcumin (1500mg of Organic Turmeric extract help with that!).We're not saying you have to take tablets to get Curcumin's health benefits, though. What's extra special about these tablets, is that you can actually make a golden turmeric latte with them! It's easy!

Ingredients

  • organic turmeric tablets
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • ½ cup of hot water
  • 1 tbsp of coconut oil
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp of ginger
  • 1 tsp of cardamom
  • 1 tbsp of organic maple syrup

Directions

  1. Add tablets, hot water, and coconut oil to a blender (a NutriBullet works really well for this one).
  2. Blend on high for 20 seconds.
  3. Add almond milk, spices, and maple syrup.
  4. Blend for another 20 seconds.
  5. Pour into your vessel of choice and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  6. You’re golden!
